What you will do

• Use ServiceNow to manage and prioritize support tickets effectively.
• Track and manage hardware inventory, including imaging and coordinating repairs.
• Oversee shipping and receiving of hardware for new hires and replacements.
• Create and maintain clear IT process documentation.
• Provide Tier 1 technical support for PC and Mac hardware and software issues.
• Deliver support in-person, via phone, and written communication, managing user expectations professionally.

Requirements

• Must be located within reasonable commuting distance to Lenexa, KS office.
• Basic familiarity with PC/Mac troubleshooting and tools like Active Directory, Intune, and JAMF.
• Experience or willingness to learn ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
• Clear and professional communication skills with users of varying technical backgrounds.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Detail-oriented and organized in managing inventory and documentation.
