What you will do

• Manage the product backlog, ensuring readiness and priority.
• Collaborate with business analysts and the development team to build features according to specifications.
• Write high-level business requirements and detailed acceptance criteria.
• Drive backlog refinement and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
• Monitor product performance, set KPIs, and ensure the product meets business goals.
• Identify potential risks and create contingency plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4-7 years of relevant work experience.
• 1-3 years of Product Owner/Management experience.
• Experience with relational databases and complex software solutions.
• Must be able to define and manage complex process and/or product issues.
• Previous experience in the healthcare industry is required.
