What you will do

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure readiness and alignment with business objectives
• Collaborate closely with business analysts and development teams to build features according to specifications
• Create Epic level work items with detailed acceptance criteria and write high-level business requirements
• Drive backlog refinement, incorporate stakeholder feedback, and adjust requirements as needed
• Monitor product performance, set KPIs, and ensure on-time delivery of product features
• Work with UX designers to ensure expected user experience and manage user feedback sessions

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States (remote role)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 4-7 years relevant work experience with 1-3 years in Product Owner/Management roles
• Experience in software design for complex, real-time, highly available systems and relational databases
• Previous healthcare industry experience is required
• Strong analytical, communication, project management, and agile methodology skills
