Location: Remote within the continental United States
Salary: $145,000 - $180,000 Annually

What you will do
- Drive product strategy and definition for the Veteran application experience.
- Lead all phases of product discovery, definition, development, and delivery for SaaS and digital platforms.
- Act as the primary customer interface, collaborating with government product owners to inform decisions and priorities.
- Develop product roadmaps, monitor milestones, and identify solutions for product issues.
- Manage large, complex products and guide technical personnel to align with customer objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of experience or Master's with 12+ years.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Suitability/Public Trust clearance.
- Proven ability to define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, DevSecOps, and SAFe methodologies.
- Proficiency in capturing requirements and translating them into epics and user stories.
- Experience leveraging AI productivity tools and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
Nice to have
- Deep experience delivering products for Federal customers, specifically the VA.
- Experience with large-scale customer-facing applications.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Slack, MS Teams, Mural, and GitHub Project Management Tools.
