Salary: $67,000 - $77,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Service clients by intaking their needs, understanding the ask, and managing expectations.
• Review projects on an ongoing basis, ensuring deliverables are in line with approved project scope.
• Support new incoming projects by being involved in writing proposals, applying strategic thinking to brand opportunities, and developing ideas and solutions.
• Lead administrative processes on projects and maintain expertise in project management tools.
• Provide strategic critiques and quality checks on all design work to ensure high standards are met.
• Support writing creative briefs and ensure designs align with approved briefs.

Requirements

• BA or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Graphic Management Services, or Design.
• 2-4 years of experience in brand stewardship and account management.
• Must have experience and/or a passion for packaging designs and strategic brand solutions.
• Superior written and interpersonal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in packaging design from start to finish.
• Thorough understanding of the creative process with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to evaluate design effectiveness and brand performance across packaging and all media.
