What you will do

• Manage end-to-end delivery of complex AI and data science projects ensuring operational and ethical standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government partners and technical stakeholders.
• Develop proposals and respond to RFPs to unlock new AI use cases in national security.
• Align project milestones with business unit goals and evolving AI safety needs.
• Translate complex AI research into clear insights for non-technical audiences.
• Mentor junior team members fostering technical excellence and professional growth.

Requirements

• Must be eligible for UK Developed Vetting (DV) and willing to work on-site with government clients.
• Strong foundation in national security domain with interest in AI applications for public safety.
• Experience in consultancy or service-based delivery managing complex projects under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical AI concepts for senior stakeholders.
• Structured problem-solving approach thriving in ambiguous and fast-evolving environments.
• Proven track record in supporting commercial growth and client onboarding.
