Senior Manager (National Security)

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex AI and data science projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes and rigorous ethical standards.
• Build trusted relationships with government partners and technical stakeholders, advising on AI implementation.
• Develop proposals and respond to RFPs to create new AI opportunities in the national security sector.
• Align project delivery with business unit strategy and evolving AI safety requirements.
• Translate advanced AI research into clear recommendations for non-technical audiences and mission stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members and project associates while supporting technical excellence and professional growth.

Requirements

• Experience in the national security domain and a strong interest in AI for high-stakes decision-making and public safety.
• Experience in consultancy or service-based delivery, including management of complex project lifecycles and critical deadlines.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical AI concepts to senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
• Structured problem-solving skills, scientific rigor, business focus, and the ability to work in ambiguous environments.
• Experience supporting commercial growth through opportunity development or successful client onboarding.
• Eligibility for UK Developed Vetting (DV) may be required, along with willingness to work onsite with clients from time to time.
