Project Director (UK/US)

What you will do

• Lead delivery across major digital projects and interconnected workstreams, managing scope, milestones, dependencies, resources, quality, and client commitments.
• Direct Senior Project Managers and Project Managers, including line management, coaching, workload planning, feedback, and development reviews.
• Own delivery commercial performance by reviewing estimates, budgets, forecasts, costs, margins, invoicing, and corrective action on financial pressure.
• Lead significant risks, issues, delivery decisions, contingency plans, and recovery plans across concurrent projects and partner agencies.
• Build trusted relationships with senior clients, Client Services, specialist leads, Finance, Operations, and delivery partners.
• Translate account growth plans into delivery approaches, resource forecasts, onboarding practices, hiring needs, and achievable proposals.

Requirements

• At least seven years of relevant project management experience in a digital, content, creative, or media agency.
• Proven experience overseeing complex delivery through other project managers and line-managing and developing PMs.
• Experience delivering work for global brands across multiple teams or markets; luxury, influencer, and US-market experience is relevant.
• Strong commercial judgement across estimates, budgets, resource plans, revenue forecasts, margins, and corrective action.
• Practical understanding of integrated digital delivery, including SEO, AEO, web, content, social, influencer activity, digital PR, and paid media.
• Experience with project-management and agency job-costing systems such as Paprika, delivery reporting, tool licences, AI, automation, governance, risk management, and change control.
