What you will do

  • Serve as primary interface for a portfolio of accounts, ensuring value delivery and adoption of products and services
  • Execute regular touchpoints with users and leadership to monitor customer health and deliver value-driven initiatives
  • Manage contract renewals, forecast portfolio revenue, and identify account expansion opportunities
  • Coordinate and deliver Executive Business Reviews engaging cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and support leadership to align processes and execution
  • Build operational rigor around goal setting, measurement, and accountability

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Chicago, IL, USA
  • 7+ years of progressive customer-facing experience with a range of customer personas including C-suite
  • Strong business acumen, project management skills, and executive communication abilities
  • Experience supporting Fortune 500 customer relationships/accounts
  • Ability to understand complex business goals and deliver impactful solutions
  • Growth mindset and critical thinking with strong cross-functional leadership

Nice to have

  • 10+ years in performance consulting, supply chain SaaS, or senior customer success roles
  • Experience with data-driven decision making and autonomous work environments
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Tableau
  • Advanced degree preferred
