What you will do
- Serve as primary interface for a portfolio of accounts, ensuring value delivery and adoption of products and services
- Execute regular touchpoints with users and leadership to monitor customer health and deliver value-driven initiatives
- Manage contract renewals, forecast portfolio revenue, and identify account expansion opportunities
- Coordinate and deliver Executive Business Reviews engaging cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with sales, product, and support leadership to align processes and execution
- Build operational rigor around goal setting, measurement, and accountability
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Chicago, IL, USA
- 7+ years of progressive customer-facing experience with a range of customer personas including C-suite
- Strong business acumen, project management skills, and executive communication abilities
- Experience supporting Fortune 500 customer relationships/accounts
- Ability to understand complex business goals and deliver impactful solutions
- Growth mindset and critical thinking with strong cross-functional leadership
Nice to have
- 10+ years in performance consulting, supply chain SaaS, or senior customer success roles
- Experience with data-driven decision making and autonomous work environments
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Tableau
- Advanced degree preferred
