What you will do

• Ensure accurate contract uploads and data input into CRM and financial systems.
• Support sales teams by troubleshooting CRM issues and liaising with Salesforce Admins and Architects.
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize deal processing and data accuracy.
• Manage multiple deadlines, especially during month-end periods.
• Build relationships with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Development teams to enhance workflow.

Requirements

• Location: Must work from London or Cambridge office at least 2 days per week
• Strong organizational and independent project management skills.
• Competency in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel (formulas, pivot tables).
• Experience or understanding of sales forecasting, KPI reporting, and enterprise sales cycles is desirable.
• Experience with Salesforce and Workday is desirable.
