Sales Operations Executive

TL;DR
Sales Operations Executive: Providing order processing and general operational support to the global sales teams to help them achieve their KPIs. Focus on ensuring data accuracy, improving deal processes, and troubleshooting CRM issues.
Location: Hybrid, minimum of 2 days a week in the London or Cambridge office.

What you will do
- Ensure accurate uploading of contracts onto the CRM system.
- Input deployment and financial data into CRM and Workday.
- Identify and use problem-solving techniques to ensure data accuracy.
- Act as CRM support for the global sales team.
- Troubleshoot issues and liaise with Salesforce Admins and Architects.
- Identify areas for improvement and optimize business processes.
Requirements
- Must be able to work independently to meet deadlines and identify areas for improvement.
- Ability to interact and build rapport with all levels of sales/data management.
- Strong organizational and independent project management skills.
- Competency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- An understanding of formulas, functions, and pivot tables in Excel.
- Desirable experience using Salesforce and Workday.
