What you will do

• Lead the global harmonization of back-office processes for a 900-person organization.
• Translate business requirements into scalable blueprints aligned with SAP S/4HANA upgrades.
• Collaborate with external consulting partners to implement best-in-class transformation methodologies.
• Identify and execute opportunities to integrate AI and intelligent automation into workflows.
• Facilitate design workshops with cross-functional teams across the US, Germany, UK, France, and Italy.
• Define and track KPIs to ensure measurable improvements in customer satisfaction and compliance.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of management consulting experience focused on large-scale global transformation programs.
• Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA transformation and business process reengineering.
• Strong familiarity with Salesforce environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-cultural, cross-functional teams.
• Solid facilitation skills for high-level process design workshops.
• Data-driven mindset with a strong interest in AI and process automation.
