What you will do

• Lead global process harmonization and optimization across Sales and Service back-office functions
• Drive SAP S/4HANA process transformation and align system capabilities with business needs
• Develop and lead cross-functional teams across multiple countries including US, Germany, UK, France, and Italy
• Facilitate workshops to design and document end-to-end processes balancing global standards with local requirements
• Collaborate with external consultants to leverage best practices and ensure long-term sustainability
• Identify and enable AI and intelligent automation opportunities to enhance processes

Requirements

• Must have 5-10 years of management consulting experience in global transformation programs related to SAP SD and S/4HANA migration
• Strong background in process excellence, continuous improvement, or business process reengineering
• Hands-on experience with SAP, ideally S/4HANA transformations; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
• Proven ability to lead cross-cultural, cross-functional global teams
• Strong facilitation skills and experience running process design workshops
• Data-driven mindset with interest or experience in AI, automation, or intelligent process optimization
