Location: Sweden, Germany, or US-commutable to Wayne, New Jersey with hybrid work (1-2 days at home, site based)

Salary: $206,000–$250,000 (US NJ only)

What you will do

• Drive and accelerate AI transformation aligned with business strategy and IT guidelines
• Identify and prioritize high-impact AI initiatives and lead pilot implementations
• Measure outcomes and scale successful AI solutions across Acute Care Therapies
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Areas, R&D, Sourcing, Production, Finance, and IT
• Develop and deliver AI training programs to raise AI literacy
• Evaluate AI tools, partnerships, and investment opportunities relevant to strategy

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Sweden, Germany, or US-commutable to Wayne, New Jersey
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related interdisciplinary field
• Extensive knowledge and experience in AI, machine learning, statistics, and LLMs
• Proven experience implementing AI solutions in corporate settings
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong technical skills and ability to apply latest AI research
