What you will do

• Lead the AI Services vertical, overseeing the production pipeline from project scoping through to delivery.
• Drive the creative vision and quality standards for AI-driven projects to ensure exceptional output.
• Develop pitch strategies and scoping approaches to drive production revenue growth and new business.
• Collaborate with Sales, Data, and Production teams to align creative briefs with commercial goals.
• Design and implement streamlined, full-cycle production processes and pipeline automation.
• Stay ahead of global industry trends in AI and Data services to translate insights into competitive advantage.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in production or post-production for large studios or media platforms.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial production and branded content at a tech, streaming, or media company.
• Proven experience scaling a product offering or operational function with revenue and margin accountability.
• Experience implementing scalable systems and workflows in AI or technology-enabled environments.
• Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels, translating vision into execution.
• Must be based in or able to work in New York City.
