TL;DR

Account Manager (SaaS/Fintech): Identifying and converting new revenue opportunities within existing customer base with an accent on proactive selling, demand creation, and engaging new stakeholders. Focus on owning the full sales cycle from initial engagement to close and maintaining accurate CRM data.

Location: Must be based in Germany or Spain. Flexible working model with an option to work up to 90 days outside your home country.

What you will do

  • Identify and qualify cross-sell opportunities within existing customer accounts.
  • Proactively generate pipeline through outbound outreach, discovery, and internal intelligence.
  • Engage new stakeholders and decision-makers to position hirify.global’s broader platform value.
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to close.
  • Progress opportunities independently with minimal reliance on inbound demand.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and clear pipeline forecasting.

Requirements

  • Native/Fluent German & English communication skills required.
  • Strong hunter mindset with a bias towards action and outcomes.
  • Experience in an SDR, BDR, or Junior AE role with ambition to own full-cycle deals.
  • Confidence in creating demand and initiating commercial conversations.
  • Ability to manage objections and move deals forward with intent.
