What you will do

• Support Sales Engineers in the EMEA region with technical aspects of complex sales projects and public tenders.
• Develop and deliver technical training to Sales Engineers globally.
• Drive knowledge sharing initiatives and maintain content for collaboration platforms.
• Facilitate feedback channels between the region and HQ.
• Build and maintain relationships within the region and HQ.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities between technical experts and sales organization.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Lund, Sweden.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT or Computer Science.
• 3-5 years of customer-facing experience in IT or security industry, preferably as a Sales Engineer.
• Excellent English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Strong technical background with interest in Cloud and AI technologies.
• Ability to travel internationally up to 40 days per year.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering hands-on technical training.
• Knowledge of Axis offerings and ecosystem.
• Additional language skills.
