TL;DR

Junior Partner Account Manager (Networking): Managing and growing channel partnerships across Scandinavia, Finland, and the Baltics with an accent on partner enablement, sales coaching, and revenue growth. Focus on identifying channel coverage gaps, onboarding new partners, and aligning partner strategies with regional sales goals.

Location: Must be based in Stockholm, Sweden (relocation not included)

Salary: 700,000–800,000 SEK OTE

What you will do

  • Develop and execute channel plans to increase revenue in Scandinavia, Finland, and the Baltics.
  • Identify channel coverage gaps and lead the onboarding process for new potential partners.
  • Prioritize growth strategies for the assigned region and build long-term relationships with top-performing partners.
  • Track all partner activities and sales opportunities using CRM (SFDC).
  • Facilitate regular technical and sales updates to keep partners informed about solutions and strategies.
  • Support and host regional partner events to review new products and programs.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
  • Based in Stockholm, Sweden.
  • Experience in reseller or channel sales.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of partner go-to-market strategies and economics.
  • Ability to interpret financial statements and align business goals with partner success criteria.
  • Willingness to travel on an occasional, non-daily basis.
