Salary: 137,500–186,100 CAD annually

• Own and lead a product portfolio impacting how legal work is practiced and delivered.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to design and deliver high-impact features.
• Conduct research, gather feedback, and drive product strategy and roadmap for core case management.
• Use data to define requirements, measure impact, and guide decision-making.
• Simplify legacy, form-heavy experiences into efficient, intuitive workspaces.
• Drive onboarding and automation solutions to improve case management ease.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States or Canada (excluding Quebec).
• At least 5 years of SaaS product management or relevant experience with workflow, project management, or B2B productivity platforms.
• Proven track record of owning and shipping mission-critical products with data-driven prioritization.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Execution-first mindset: decisive, analytical, and outcomes-obsessed.
