Salary: $87,500 - $97,200 CAD + bonus

What you will do

• Manage the product backlog, writing user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Oversee the data-to-insight pipeline, including data ingestion, cataloguing, normalization, and model deployment.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and AI platform teams to ensure seamless data flow.
• Serve as the voice of the customer within a scrum team to deliver high-quality user experiences.
• Identify and communicate risks to ensure timely and effective product execution.
• Work with customers to validate and ensure product-market fit.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or healthcare.
• 1-3 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in health tech SaaS.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, BI tools (PowerBI), React, and Databricks.
• Understanding of healthcare data, including Quality Programs and Claims.
• Experience with SaaS, Big Data, and AI/ML.
• Must be based in or within commutable distance to Mississauga, ON

Nice to have

• Experience in Product Life Cycle, Forecasting, and Launch planning.
