Location: Hybrid. Must reside within reasonable commuting distance of Toronto, New York City, Holmdel, Boston, Philadelphia, Chicago, or Raleigh offices; on-site presence required at least six days per month.

Salary: $105,000 – $125,000 USD (USA) / $110,000 – $138,000 CAD (Ontario)

What you will do

• Lead onboarding and adoption programs for law firms implementing AI-powered products.
• Design custom integration strategies aligned with existing legal workflows and processes.
• Experiment with generative AI and ML to enhance product capabilities and refine sophisticated prompts.
• Develop and train "smart fields" and data points for securities and financing transactional documents.
• Act as the voice of the customer to guide product roadmap planning and identify market gaps.
• Travel to client sites (approximately 30% of the time) to provide hands-on support.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. state, Canadian province, or the UK.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience practicing transactional law.
• Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles and managing complex projects.
• Proven ability to travel approximately 30% of the time.
