What you will do
- Own and lead the renewals process in collaboration with account teams to preserve and enhance customer contracts and relationships.
- Build foundational processes and playbooks for the renewals role alongside cross-functional partners.
- Engage with key decision-makers to identify customer requirements and remove roadblocks for on-time commitments.
- Maintain and report a rolling 90-day forecast of renewals in your territory.
- Negotiate and execute renewal contracts aligned with customer goals in partnership with legal.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize customer growth during renewals.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or near London with hybrid work in office 3 days per week
- 5+ years quota-carrying experience in Post-Sales, Customer Success, or Account Management within Enterprise SaaS.
- Strong negotiation skills and proven ability to close large, complex contracts.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Success, and Rev Ops.
- Ability to develop strategic processes and initiatives to grow business.
- Self-motivated, proactive team player with a growth mindset and ability to thrive in ambiguity.
