Focus on navigating complex enterprise structures, identifying new use cases, and leveraging product expertise to maximize customer investment.

Location: Hybrid role in London, UK (3 days in the office)

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary post-sale point of contact for customer accounts, ensuring regular proactive engagement.
  • Understand customer business goals to align product capabilities and develop shared success plans.
  • Proactively guide customers in achieving objectives by leveraging product features and providing recommendations.
  • Identify additional use cases and expansion opportunities within customer organizations.
  • Build relationships with various stakeholders, including executives and end-users, to increase product adoption.
  • Be accountable for client consumption, renewal, and retention results, coordinating across functional areas for delivery.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of progressive experience in managing complex SaaS customers.
  • Business acumen and conceptual understanding of IT operations processes.
  • Ability to quickly develop strong relationships and drive outcomes.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
  • Experience working with executives in client environments.
  • Working knowledge of Enterprise Network Infrastructures and Firewall Configuration.
