What you will do
- Manage the sales process from prospecting and qualification to contract close.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients in target markets.
- Create demand and identify opportunities to market and sell the hirify.global EHSQ product suite.
- Manage RFI, RFP, and proposal processes in collaboration with internal and external teams.
- Provide the Director, Sales with visibility on the sales pipeline and forecasted revenue.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of enterprise solution sales experience with a strong track record of hunting and closing SaaS, software, and consulting services agreements.
- Industry sales experience is an asset.
- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, and WebEx.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment with an understanding of strategic selling techniques.
- Strong time management skills and understanding of pipeline management, CRM, and forecasting principles.
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills with a polished executive presence.
