What you will do

• Develop deep expertise in hirify.global platform areas and act as a primary product knowledge source.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business needs and identify solution opportunities.
• Provide high-level technical consultancy to improve solution performance and adoption.
• Build innovative tools and automated solutions to support clients and internal teams.
• Define functional and technical specifications based on stakeholder requirements.
• Document knowledge to facilitate onboarding, troubleshooting, and development.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work full-time in Spain without restrictions.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience with a strong technical background.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and at least one coding language such as Python or Node.
• Fully fluent in English (spoken and written) with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously on multiple projects and collaborate effectively in teams.
• Familiarity with AI tools and ability to integrate AI into workflows is highly valued.
