What you will do

• Translate product strategy into actionable plans and connect OKRs directly to the roadmap and weekly execution.
• Establish and run product operating cadences, including planning cycles and standardized prioritization using tools like Jira.
• Own the end-to-end release process, ensuring alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, and GTM.
• Track post-launch performance and adoption, closing the feedback loop between Product, Support, and GTM.
• Create real-time visibility into progress, risks, and blockers for leadership through dashboards and reviews.
• Simplify product development workflows to remove friction and focus teams on outcomes rather than just output.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or similar roles.
• Proven track record of managing product releases in SaaS or platform companies.
• Strong operational thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
• Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle and release management.
• Must be based in Portugal.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling product organizations.
• Familiarity with Jira, Youtrack, Notion, or Product Discovery tools.
• Experience working on platform or AI-driven products.
