What you will do

• Serve as the primary interface between technical teams and business stakeholders to align goals, scope, and priorities
• Translate business needs into structured product and project requirements
• Challenge and validate technical decisions to ensure feasibility, scalability, and business impact
• Own the project “heartbeat” (planning, prioritization, resource management, progress tracking, and reporting) and protect delivery focus from scope creep
• Drive delivery across the AI product lifecycle (PoC, MVP, Production) and ensure robustness and scalability
• Manage dependencies, risks, and cross-functional communication across IT, Business, and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in project management and 3+ years of experience in AI engineering
• Technically fluent in AI & data to understand system constraints, ask the right questions, and challenge engineering decisions
• Full professional proficiency in English
• Strong strategic thinking, organization, and communication to bridge technical and non-technical audiences
• Hybrid role based in Barcelona, Spain

Nice to have

• French strongly preferred
• Domain exposure to formulation, chemistry, or the Fragrance & Flavor industry
