What you will do
- Serve as main point of contact and trusted advisor for enterprise customers
- Support customer success at technical, business, and product levels
- Train and consult customers on platform integration and workflows
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to drive engagement and success
- Analyze customer data to identify risks, opportunities, and insights
- Share feedback to influence product and process improvements
Requirements
- Must be located in New York, USA
- 3+ years in customer-facing SaaS roles
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP)
- High ownership and multitasking skills
Nice to have
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM
- Experience with Tableau or BI tools
- Previous data analysis experience
