Salary: $110,000–$120,000 annually

What you will do

  • Serve as main point of contact and trusted advisor for enterprise customers
  • Support customer success at technical, business, and product levels
  • Train and consult customers on platform integration and workflows
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to drive engagement and success
  • Analyze customer data to identify risks, opportunities, and insights
  • Share feedback to influence product and process improvements

Requirements

  • Must be located in New York, USA
  • 3+ years in customer-facing SaaS roles
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP)
  • High ownership and multitasking skills

Nice to have

  • Basic SQL knowledge
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM
  • Experience with Tableau or BI tools
  • Previous data analysis experience
