Location: Must be based in GA, NC, or TN, US. Requires frequent travel within a designated Sales District (up to 50% of the time).

What you will do

  • Generate demand and build sales pipeline for Microsoft solutions, owning revenue and gross profit attainment.
  • Own the executive sales cycle from discovery to close, orchestrating virtual teams and negotiating deals.
  • Lead with value/ROI, building business cases, success metrics, and adoption plans for measurable impact.
  • Architect and design collaboration, productivity, security, and AI solution platforms using a services-led approach.
  • Facilitate C-level conversations to align on Microsoft initiatives and define best practices.
  • Partner with Microsoft for co-sell motions and funding to accelerate deals.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of demonstrated success in solutions sales, specifically focused on Microsoft platforms.
  • Proficiency with M365 (Security and Collaboration), Copilot (AI Business Solutions), and Public Cloud (Azure Solutions).
  • Proficiency with Teams, Intune/Autopilot, Entra ID, Defender, and Zero Trust concepts.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program.
  • Strong business acumen to translate executive objectives into roadmaps and communicate business value.
  • Proven capability in leading virtual pursuit teams and coordinating partner co-selling.
