Product Design Intern

TL;DR

Product Design Intern (AI GRC platform): Designing user interfaces and experiences for an AI-powered governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) platform with an accent on continuous discovery and user research. Focus on simplifying complex enterprise challenges and contributing to a growing design system.

Location: Must be based in Chicago

What you will do

• Work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to design solutions for customers.
• Synthesize feedback from customers and stakeholders to inform design decisions.
• Define and refine solutions through user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes.
• Contribute to the company's design system of UI components.
• Be responsible for providing Engineers with assets and resources during development.

Requirements

• Working towards a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Design (or related field).
• Embrace problem-solving with empathy and knowledge of UX best practices.
• Strong communicator who thrives in open collaboration and teamwork.
• Enthusiastic about untangling complex problems and creating impactful solutions.
• Must be based in Chicago.
