What you will do

• Support the design and product teams in planning and executing user research initiatives.
• Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing sessions.
• Assist in synthesizing qualitative and quantitative research findings and creating research reports, journey maps, and user insights documentation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
• Help translate research insights into actionable recommendations.
• Contribute to improving research processes, documentation, and best practices.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Cognitive Science, UX Design, Information Science, or related field.
• Strong interest in user research, usability, and user center design.
• Familiarity with qualitative and/or quantitative research methods.
• Experience with tools such as Figma, Miro, Notion, Google Forms, or similar.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to synthesize insights and present findings clearly.
• Portfolio or examples of research projects (academic or professional) preferred.
