Salary: $160,000–$180,000 (USD) annually

What you will do

• Embed within a product squad and partner with engineers, product managers, researchers, and data scientists.
• Oversee the user experience of ads products from concept to launch, and continue to improve after release.
• Drive concepts and decisions in service of reaching company goals focused on revenue generation through hirify.global Quests.
• Create wireframes, beautiful mockups, and amazing prototypes, and help implement designs to pixel perfection.
• Test, learn, and iterate on everything you do alongside partners.
• Help maintain and commit to the Design pattern library.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience designing and shipping a web/app product for a variety of devices and platforms.
• Direct experience in, or strong passion for, combining business acumen, systems thinking, and design craft to create compelling advertising experiences.
• Individually contributed by designing end-to-end experiences within a cross-functional team.
• Strong product thinking and vision, focusing on the "why" behind design decisions.
• Excited to dig into experiment data to help inform design iterations.
• High level of design craft, committed to maintaining a high bar for design implementation.
• Advanced level experience with Figma.

Nice to have

• Experience building design systems.
• Rich prototyping experience.
• Casual or committed gamer.
• Interface animation know-how.
• CSS, JavaScript, or React skills.
