Founding Product Designer (AI): Solving complex problems and designing experiences that make powerful AI capabilities feel intuitive for B2B sales, marketing, and customer success teams. Focus on breaking down complex workflows into elegant, usable experiences and maintaining the design system.

Location: Must be fully committed to working in-person 5 days/week at our San Francisco HQ.

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 USD base pay annually

What you will do

• Own the user experience from problem definition to polished design, collaborating with PMs to understand user pain points and define solutions.
• Design both UX and UI for new features and improvements, ensuring clarity, consistency, and delight in every interaction.
• Prototype and test rapidly, validating ideas and iterating quickly based on feedback and technical constraints.
• Document and communicate design decisions clearly to engineering so they can build exactly what’s envisioned.
• Define and maintain our design system, ensuring visual and behavioral consistency across the product.
• Think in systems, connecting individual features into a cohesive, intuitive whole.

• Proficiency in prototyping tools —Figma is a must.
• Clear, precise communication, especially with engineering teams.
• Comfortable working quickly and iteratively in a scrappy startup environment.
• Familiarity with user research methods, experience designing for desktop or data-heavy interfaces.
