• Design with AI as a first principle, creating seamless AI-native user journeys and intelligent automation.
• Engage directly with stakeholders and users to conduct research and validate ideas.
• Own the end-to-end design process from exploration to shipping scalable solutions.
• Analyze usage metrics and define success measures with product and engineering partners.
• Evolve the design system ensuring visual and interaction consistency.
• Leverage modern AI tools to accelerate design workflows and champion a culture of craft.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States, specifically Chicago.
• 3+ years of product design experience with a portfolio of shipped SaaS or B2B products.
• Active fluency with AI design tools such as Cursor, Lovable, Claude, or Figma AI.
• Strong systems-level thinking and data-informed design approach.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
