What you will do

• Design end-to-end web experiences, from concept through launch.
• Conduct customer interviews, usability tests, and leverage data to iterate on designs.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to define problems and ship features.
• Create simple, logical UI that makes complex workflows feel effortless.
• Balance user advocacy with business goals and technical constraints.
• Lead design reviews and build strong cases for design decisions.

Requirements

• 3+ years designing modern digital products with a strong portfolio.
• Proven track record designing 0-to-1 experiences using Figma and prototyping tools.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with product and engineering teams in agile settings.
• Strong judgment for data-driven decisions grounded in research, testing, and metrics.
• Thrives as part of a founding team, comfortable with ambiguity and quick iteration.
