What you will do

• Lead 4-6 complex digital and data governance projects annually, managing project charters, plans, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
• Analyze business problems using internal and external data sources to provide actionable insights.
• Create specifications and prototypes for data visualization and reporting using Power BI and Tableau.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business issues and support strategic insights planning and execution.
• Present insights and data-driven recommendations to senior leaders and advisors.
• Manage a portfolio/program composed of multiple projects within the strategy and governance team.

Requirements

• Must work onsite full-time in Irving, Texas, USA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field plus 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, DevOps, Excel, Alteryx, and Snowflake for data analysis and visualization.
• Experience with complex data sources such as MDW, EDS, Cognos, BPC and automating data workflows.
• Project management experience including requirements gathering and risk management.
• Visa sponsorship is not available; must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
