What you will do
- Create target account plans and identify key companies in South Korea.
- Manage full sales funnel including inbound and outbound efforts to meet sales goals.
- Use consultative selling to build strong client relationships and grow revenue.
- Network through in-person meetings, events, and conferences.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and senior executives (C-suite) to support large programs.
- Travel up to 5% for meetings and events.
Requirements
- Must be located in South Korea and able to work remotely within the country.
- 5+ years B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, HR Tech, or professional services.
- Native-level Korean and business-level English proficiency.
- Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot and data-driven sales strategies.
- Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced environment.
