What you will do

  • Create target account plans and identify key companies in South Korea.
  • Manage full sales funnel including inbound and outbound efforts to meet sales goals.
  • Use consultative selling to build strong client relationships and grow revenue.
  • Network through in-person meetings, events, and conferences.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and senior executives (C-suite) to support large programs.
  • Travel up to 5% for meetings and events.

Requirements

  • Must be located in South Korea and able to work remotely within the country.
  • 5+ years B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, HR Tech, or professional services.
  • Native-level Korean and business-level English proficiency.
  • Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot and data-driven sales strategies.
  • Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience in fast-growing startups.
  • Background in EdTech, E-Learning, HR Software, or Well-being sectors.
