What you will do

• Lead planning, creation, and management of paid social campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Perform account health checks and regular optimizations to meet client goals.
• Develop and execute testing plans including media owner betas.
• Prepare presentations and lead client meetings.
• Collaborate with digital teams and manage junior team members’ workloads and development.
• Implement processes to maximize operational efficiency and manage budgets accurately.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Exceptional hands-on experience with paid social platforms and best practices.
• Experience managing brand and direct response campaigns with performance optimization.
• Strong audience strategy development and implementation skills.
• Proficient in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, DoubleClick, and Adobe Analytics.
• Ability to clearly articulate campaign tactics and present to clients.
