TL;DR
Senior Account Executive, Agency Development (Adtech): Building and maintaining relationships with strategic agency accounts to drive revenue growth for , focusing on programmatic, digital, and linear TV teams. Focus on structuring and negotiating private market deals, analyzing market trends, and solving business problems for clients.
Location: Must be located on the East Coast or be able to work East Coast hours. Hybrid Schedule (M/F remote, T/W/TH in-office) in New York City, NY.
Salary: $105,000 - $120,000 in New York in addition to an annual variable bonus based on performance and company equity.

What you will do
- Build and manage relationships with digital advertising agency buyers on the East Coast.
- Actively track sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends and client needs to create and pitch customized media plans.
- Secure and conduct client prospect meetings, managing the sales pipeline from prospecting to close deals.
- Develop a deep understanding of ’s buyside products and solutions to prospect and close new business.
- Work with support teams to monitor partner's business results, making recommendations for improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of adtech sales / consulting / Agency /publisher experience with large digital advertising agencies on the East Coast.
- Proven history of exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience in online advertising, ideally within Online Video and OTT, with proven strength in programmatic sales or buying.
- Experience using Excel, Google Workspace, Salesforce, and data analysis platforms.
- Strong organizational, presentation, active listening, and communication skills.
