TL;DR

Senior Account Executive, Agency Development (Adtech): Building and maintaining relationships with strategic agency accounts to drive revenue growth for hirify.global, focusing on programmatic, digital, and linear TV teams. Focus on structuring and negotiating private market deals, analyzing market trends, and solving business problems for clients.

Location: Must be located on the East Coast or be able to work East Coast hours. Hybrid Schedule (M/F remote, T/W/TH in-office) in New York City, NY.

Salary: $105,000 - $120,000 in New York in addition to an annual variable bonus based on performance and company equity.

What you will do

  • Build and manage relationships with digital advertising agency buyers on the East Coast.
  • Actively track sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Analyze market trends and client needs to create and pitch customized media plans.
  • Secure and conduct client prospect meetings, managing the sales pipeline from prospecting to close deals.
  • Develop a deep understanding of hirify.global’s buyside products and solutions to prospect and close new business.
  • Work with support teams to monitor partner's business results, making recommendations for improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of adtech sales / consulting / Agency /publisher experience with large digital advertising agencies on the East Coast.
  • Proven history of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience in online advertising, ideally within Online Video and OTT, with proven strength in programmatic sales or buying.
  • Experience using Excel, Google Workspace, Salesforce, and data analysis platforms.
  • Strong organizational, presentation, active listening, and communication skills.
