Sales Development Representative

Location: Hybrid role with 3 days per week in Lehi, Utah, United States

What you will do

• Generate interest through cold calling, emails, and social outreach to prospective customers
• Schedule initial discovery calls for Account Executives
• Meet or exceed daily activity minimums of 80-100 calls and emails
• Manage your own book of accounts and set effective strategies
• Use sales tools like Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, Chili Piper, and Gong
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to improve SDR effectiveness

Requirements

• Must work 3 days a week in Lehi office
• Minimum 6 months sales experience, ideally as an SDR with Mid-Market accounts
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High resilience and strong work ethic
• Coachability and willingness to implement feedback
• Must be able to attend sales conferences and travel as required
