Location: Initially onsite 5 days a week at 770 N Halsted Street, Chicago, IL, US, with potential for hybrid remote (WFH Monday and Friday) after achieving goals for 2 consecutive months.
Salary: $24.04 per hour plus commissions (annual target $30k).

What you will do

- Maintain established daily call volumes, demonstrating a strong work ethic.
- Carefully and accurately document leads and appointments in Salesforce.com CRM.
- Work directly with Sales Executives to develop qualified sales meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 1+ years of lead generation, sales, marketing experience, or applicable external outreach efforts.
- Strong communication skills, with a love for talking to people, as this job requires constant phone interaction.
- Demonstrated tenacity, resilience, and determination to exceed sales quotas.
- A hunger to learn and develop, leveraging provided tools for success.
