TL;DR

Account Development Representative (Automotive): Researching target accounts and managing incoming leads to develop new business appointment opportunities in the franchise automotive vertical with an accent on lead generation and relationship building. Focus on contacting high-profile automotive dealerships and communicating hirify.global's value proposition to key decision-makers.

Location: Remote (USA). Candidates within 40 miles of West Chester, Ohio, will be expected to work a hybrid schedule (2-3 days in office).

Salary: $52,900–$88,000 USD

What you will do

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for setting appointments with potential customers.
  • Independently build, plan, and execute a territory plan with prioritization for initial customer contact.
  • Contact high-profile automotive dealerships (Owner, General Manager, CFO) to schedule meetings.
  • Present hirify.global's value proposition to entice clients to schedule meetings with the sales team.
  • Track, analyze, and review calls, appointments, and follow-up communications with executives.
  • Interact with Field Sales Representatives to transfer customer expectations and schedule initial customer meetings.

Requirements

  • Prior work experience in retail customer service, inside sales, or business development.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple cold calling lead generation techniques.
  • Track record of achieving lead generation (appointment) quotas.
  • Ability to drive the appointment process independently and creatively.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and familiarity with MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or relevant work experience.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
