TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (Sales): Identifying and engaging with high-potential accounts and positioning Maven as a solution for women's and family health benefits with an accent on strategic cold calling and personalized email sequences. Focus on generating new business opportunities within healthcare, enterprise, and benefits program sectors and hitting ambitious lead generation and qualification targets.

Location: Must be in the NYC-metropolitan area and will require you to be in-office for 3 days each week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year.

What you will do

  • Proactively identify and engage with high-potential accounts through strategic cold calling, personalized email sequences, and targeted social selling to unearth new opportunities.
  • Engage prospects with insightful, value-driven conversations that uncover their critical needs and position Maven as the indispensable solution for women's and family health benefits.
  • Execute laser-focused outreach campaigns to generate new business opportunities within healthcare, enterprise, and benefits program sectors.
  • Work hand-in-hand with Account Executives to seamlessly transition highly qualified prospects into active sales opportunities.
  • Meticulously track and manage all outbound activities and prospect interactions within Salesforce.
  • Continuously deepen your expertise in Maven's innovative solutions and the evolving healthcare landscape to craft compelling narratives and secure executive-level appointments.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree and/or 2+ years of highly successful outbound sales development or lead generation experience, within SaaS or B2B, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to craft persuasive emails and conduct compelling phone conversations.
  • A true self-starter with an unwavering, results-driven mindset and a strong ability to manage your time and prioritize tasks to maximize outbound impact.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and other CRM tools to meticulously track your pipeline and performance.
  • Expertise in leveraging sales tools and software, including Microsoft and Google office suite, Zoominfo, and SalesLoft, to optimize your outbound efforts.
  • This role requires active work authorization in the US.
