Salary: $70,000 - $90,000

What you will do

• Conduct lab testing and pilot trials for new product development, customer launches, and troubleshooting.
• Perform root cause analysis and lead investigations for customer quality issues.
• Operate lamination and adhesive equipment and manage inventory for the pilot facility.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations for internal and external audiences.
• Manage project plans with timelines, deliverables, and resource needs using project management methodologies.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers and internal partners.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work on-site in St. Paul, Minnesota, USA
• High School Diploma with 6+ years relevant experience or Associate/Bachelor’s degree with corresponding experience in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.
• Travel up to 25% within North America.
• Adherence to safety protocols and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Nice to have

• Experience with flexible packaging adhesives, laminators, and testing instruments.
• Familiarity with FTIR, MSA, GC/MS, LC-MS, and microscopy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
