What you will do

• Act as knowledge expert on client specifications in print operations.
• Liaise with production and client services to resolve SLA issues timely.
• Proactively communicate SLA issues to management and client teams.
• Inspect and verify printed media, materials, and postage.
• Ensure special handling processes are followed and provide feedback/escalation.
• Cross-train in applicable areas, verify job reconciliation, and train new associates.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in print/production environment
• H.S. degree or equivalent preferred
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills, multitasking under tight deadlines
• Fluency in Spanish highly desired
• Flexible for overtime, weekends, holidays; ability to walk 8 hours
• Microsoft Office proficient, attention to detail, process management
