What you will do

• Partner with engineering managers to understand hiring needs for technical roles
• Source, screen, and engage software engineers, systems engineers, and technical leaders
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from initial candidate outreach to offer negotiation
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines and tracking in ATS
• Provide market insights and recommendations to improve recruiting strategies
• Ensure a positive candidate experience reflecting an inclusive and professional culture

Requirements

• Proven experience as a technical recruiter in software engineering or systems hiring
• Experience hiring for early-stage startups and building high-performing teams
• Strong understanding of technical roles and programming languages
• Experience with ATS systems, sourcing tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Location: Must be onsite 2–3 days per week in Palo Alto, CA, United States
