Requirements

• Must be located onsite in Palo Alto, CA, United States.
• Experience building high-performance backend systems in dynamic environments, preferably as a tech lead or founder.
• Expertise in scalable distributed systems and APIs using compiled languages like Rust or C++.
• Experience optimizing data pipelines for machine learning or real-time applications.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a flat organizational structure.
