What you will do

• Define the long-term architecture of the Structured Data Analytics data layer.
• Drive cross-team technical strategy and raise the engineering bar across the organization.
• Deliver high-impact, large-scale distributed systems where correctness is critical for customer trust.
• Own the end-to-end architecture across data preparation, lifecycle management, and analytical query translation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of experience in programming with at least one software programming language.
• 5+ years of experience leading the design or architecture of new and existing systems, focusing on reliability and scaling.
• Proven experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Seattle, WA, USA.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience across the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, and operations.
