Salary: $172,550 – $203,000

What you will do

• Develop scalable platforms, services, and internal tooling to power critical Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations.
• Build and maintain systems supporting payments, claims submission, and operational workflows.
• Design and implement complex, distributed systems that are scalable, maintainable, and secure.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Foster a high-performing engineering culture through mentoring, code reviews, and technical documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience scaling web applications in production.
• Must be based in the United States (excluding Hawaii).
• Proven experience leading high-priority technical projects from conception to delivery.
• Expertise in distributed systems, including transaction processing, asynchronous queues, and microservices.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.

Nice to have

• Experience at startup or growth-stage companies.
• Proficiency with React, Node.js, TypeScript, Kafka, and AWS.
• Experience with on-call rotations and driving complex production issues to resolution.
