What you will do

• Architect and implement end-to-end backend features and infrastructure to drive direct customer value.
• Lead initiatives in high-volume workflow automation and optimize scalable ML infrastructure.
• Design and maintain complex workflows that leverage machine learning to drive automation.
• Drive performance optimization efforts across all layers of the stack for scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to incorporate user feedback into technical solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in backend development, specifically with JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Proven track record of building scalable web applications, workflow automation, and data processing systems.
• Experience integrating machine learning models into production environments and optimizing data pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and clean coding practices.
• Ability to work from the New York City office 4 days per week.
