hirify.global is an aerospace company building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft and an Airline Operations Software Ecosystem.

What you will do

• Translate product requirements into reliable, high-quality web and mobile applications.
• Design and manage backend infrastructure, including database schemas, API architecture, orchestration services, and overall architecture refinement.
• Own end-to-end technical execution across the full software development lifecycle.
• Build platform backbone architecture and tech stack balancing scalability, speed, and reliability.
• Contribute to the roadmap by ideating, planning, and prototyping technical tools for aircraft performance and dispatch settings.
• Implement and productize machine learning and deep learning algorithms from the AI/ML research team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of post-college work or entrepreneurial experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an engineering discipline (or equivalent evidence of outstanding technical achievement).
• End-to-end experience building front-end, back-end, and cloud deployment.
• Strong ability to implement and train AI systems into SaaS products, with willingness to learn and adapt to building voice agent capabilities.
• Experience with serverless and microservices on popular cloud hyperscalers, plus production-grade CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to respond quickly to customer needs and deliver product changes on tight timelines.

Nice to have

• Infrastructure experience with k8s, S3, RDS, SQS, Lambda, Docker, and Temporal Orchestration Service.
• Strong passion for aviation and/or UAM.
• Willingness and ability to transition between mobile and web development.
