• Architect an AI-First Ecosystem embedding AI agents to automate testing, refactoring, bug detection, and performance optimization.
• Pioneer LLM Integration by prototyping, building, and deploying autonomous engineering tools.
• Bridge AI and Infrastructure ensuring AI tools scale securely and performantly with infrastructure teams.
• Treat Platform as a Product guiding technical direction to build a best-in-class internal developer platform focused on developer experience.
• Define AI-Native Engineering Standards shaping workflows, technical standards, and best practices for AI-driven engineering.

Requirements

• Must have deep conviction and practical experience applying AI and LLMs to software development lifecycle improvements.
• Principal-level technical authority with expertise in CI/CD, public cloud (AWS/GCP), container orchestration, and modern testing.
• Product mindset with empathy for developers and experience treating platforms as products.
• Experience deploying AI agents or autonomous coding assistants at scale.
• Ability to design systems ensuring quality, security, and reliability at high velocity.
• Hybrid work with required in-person attendance throughout the year in the US.
