What you will do

• Build MCP servers, agents, and plugin infrastructure for AI-native development and establish patterns for other engineers.
• Design and ship specialized agents to solve developer problems across the software delivery lifecycle.
• Architect and implement CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
• Develop infrastructure for AI tooling to enable reliable builds by other engineers.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and provide architectural guidance.

Requirements

• 8+ years in platform, backend, or fullstack engineering.
• Shipped production LLM systems like MCP servers, clients, AI extensions, connectors, or agents.
• Platform mindset focused on APIs, developer ergonomics, and performance.
• Tech stack: Python or Java; CI/CD (CircleCI, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Jenkins, Docker); cloud-native (AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes).
• Security awareness including least-privilege, token lifecycle, and supply chain risks.
• Strong execution: break down ambiguous problems, deliver end-to-end with data-driven decisions.
