Salary: $150,000 - $165,000 per year

What you will do

  • Drive technical discovery to align prospect goals with hirify.global solutions.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to build and deliver value presentations.
  • Identify use cases and communicate value through product evaluations.
  • Lead technical evaluations with customer technical experts ensuring platform fit.
  • Craft RFP responses leveraging deep platform knowledge.
  • Stay current with Employee Experience trends and competitive intelligence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Science, Systems, Business Engineering, or similar.
  • 4-5 years experience in SaaS pre-sales, solutions engineering, or consulting.
  • Business fluency in English is required.
  • Strong understanding of web development, REST APIs, and authentication protocols (SAML, OIDC).
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex narratives.
  • Ability to work directly with customers and communicate technical concepts effectively.
