What you will do
- Drive technical discovery to align prospect goals with hirify.global solutions.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to build and deliver value presentations.
- Identify use cases and communicate value through product evaluations.
- Lead technical evaluations with customer technical experts ensuring platform fit.
- Craft RFP responses leveraging deep platform knowledge.
- Stay current with Employee Experience trends and competitive intelligence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Science, Systems, Business Engineering, or similar.
- 4-5 years experience in SaaS pre-sales, solutions engineering, or consulting.
- Business fluency in English is required.
- Strong understanding of web development, REST APIs, and authentication protocols (SAML, OIDC).
- Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex narratives.
- Ability to work directly with customers and communicate technical concepts effectively.
